Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter (2012) Featured on Fandango

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter (2012) the biopic of the life of the 16th president based on the best-seller by Seth Graham-Smith is featured in Fandango's coming attractions.

Scheduled for release on 3D June 22nd, the horror thriller mashup stars Benjamin Walker as Lincoln and features Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dominic Cooper, Jimmi Simpson, Anthony Mackie, Alan Tudyk, Erin Wasson, and Rufus Sewell.

Lensed under the direction of the Russian-American genius, Timur Bekmambetov, the film is produced by the triumvirate of cinematic titans: Tim Burton (Edward Sissorhands, The Corpse Bride, Alice in Wonderland, Dark Shadows), James "Jim" Lemley (Tristan and Isolde, Red Eye, 9) and Bekmambetov (Day Watch, Wanted, The Current War).

Benjamin Walker (Flags of Our Fathers, Coach), the classically-trained lead actor in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter graduated from at the famed Interlochen Arts Center and the Julliard School in the United States.  No stranger to "period" drama, Walker's Broadway appearances include "Inherit the Wind," "Les Dangereous Liaisions" and a breakout starring turn as the president Andrew Jackson in the emo-rock musical "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson."
